HbA1c ( Diabetes )
The HbA1c test measures your glycated haemoglobin, the percentage of haemoglobin in your red blood cells that has glucose attached to it. Because red blood cells live for around 2 to 3 months, this single test gives a reliable picture of your average blood sugar levels over that period, beyond the day-to-day fluctuations a standard glucose test would show. No fasting or preparation is needed.
Who Should Get Tested?

Many do not realise that high blood sugar can silently damage the heart, kidneys, eyes and nerves long before symptoms appear.
