Progesterone ( Ovulation )

Understanding Your Results

Progesterone Level	Phase
Below 3.18 nmol/L	Follicular phase (pre-ovulation) normal low levels before egg release.
3.18 to 15.9 nmol/L	Mid-cycle rising levels indicate ovulation is occurring.
Above 15.9 nmol/L	Luteal phase (post-ovulation) confirms ovulation has occurred. Levels remain high if pregnancy is established.
